Equity Reference Group
The Equity Reference Group provides the UTS Council with advice on the aims and performance of equity and diversity programs of UTS. An Annual Report is provided to Council on staff and student equity indicators and achievements.
The Equity Reference Group's primary role is to preview UTS equity and diversity programs and review the University's equity outcomes each year, and report to Council annually on the University's equity and diversity performance.
The UTS Equity Reference Group reports annually to the UTS Council. The ERG Annual Report (PDF, 183KB)assists UTS to monitor and assess progress, and plan future priorities in relation to implementing university equity policies and targets.
Membership of the Equity Reference Group includes both students and staff from equity target groups, as well as a designated position for Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender/Intersex staff.
