Gender Representation on Committees
UTS has a policy relating to minimum gender representation on all committees. This policy stipulates that
- all committees with five members or fewer must have at least one male and one female member
- committees with more than five members must have at least 20% representation of either gender
Other diversity considerations
In addition to gender representation requirements, Chairs of committees are strongly encouraged to ensure that the diversity of the university community is reflected in the membership of committees.
