Women in Non-Traditional Fields
The Research Report, Women in Non-Traditional Fields of Employment at UTS (PDF, 1.51MB), was launched in late 2004. This report explores cultural and gender issues for women employed at UTS in non-traditional roles, the representation of women, recruitment, promotion and career progression, remuneration, participation of women in decision-making and professional networks. The Report includes an Action Plan to implement the recommendations of the report.
