- identifies suitable trainees matching the position requirements, and
- provides start-up and ongoing support as necessary.
Trainee
The placement trainee is the person with a disability undertaking the work experience.
They will learn and actively participate in the on-the-job training with the aim of obtaining work skills and experience to enhance their employability.

The Equity & Diversity Unit coordinates the work training placement program at UTS.
