Student Diversity Facts and Figures
UTS collects and analyses information about the diversity of the UTS student population, measured by characteristics such as gender, language background and socio-economic status. The representation of the various student equity target groups is used to identify equity priorities and as an indicator of the success of the University's access and equity programs.
Information about the access, participation, success and retention of equity group students is also reported annually to the Department of Education Science and Training in the Equity Update.
Student equity data is also available at the faculty level.
