Staff Diversity Facts and Figures
UTS collects and analyses information about the diversity of the UTS staff body, measured by characteristics such as gender, language background, and the representation of Indigenous Australians and people with a disability. The representation of the various staff equity target groups is used to identify equity priorities and as an indicator of the success of the University's employment equity programs.
Information about employment outcomes for staff from the equity groups is reported annually in the UTS Report to the Office of Employment Equity & Diversity.
Staff equity data is also available at the faculty level.
