UTS Equal Opportunity Policy Statement

The University's commitment to Equal Opportunity is incorporated into the Code of Conduct (for staff) and Student and Related Rules of the University (for students). Disciplinary action may be taken against students or staff who are found to have discriminated against or harassed other students, staff or other campus participants. Breaches of the policy by staff may constitute "misconduct" or "serious misconduct", and in the most serious cases may result in dismissal. Breaches of the policy by students may constitute "non-academic misconduct", and in the most serious cases may result in permanent exclusion.
