UTS Report to the Office of the Director of Equal Opportunity in Public Employment

The University reports annually to the NSW Office of Employment Equity & Diversity on outcomes for staff from equity target groups using the following employment equity indicators:

The Report contains outcomes in relation to other key employment equity issues, including salary supplementation / market loadings; workers' compensation claims; utilisation of parental leave; access to selected developmental opportunities; and representation on decision-making bodies.
